Quality and Certifications

Audits and Certifications

Third party audits, and the ongoing employee training programs, are some of the things we are doing to guarantee our commitment to food safety and quality. 

-  Packhouse: The packhouse is certified under Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP standards 

-  Fields: In the different production areas or regions, fields are certified under Global Gap, Darden´s, Good Agricultural Practices and Tesco Natures Choice standards. 

 
 

Quality Assurance System

Our quality system is based in Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP standards. Our Testing program includes microbiological and chemical residue testing. It is divided in incoming product, finished product and environmental testing to assure proper plant sanitation. Chemical residue testing of field production and incoming raw product is made to guarantee the prevention of chemical risks.
-  Safety: Considering the great importance of guaranteeing the safety of the products we export, we are determined to assure the safety of the products from field to the consumer. We also comply with the standards of CTPAT, to assure the security of the products in regards of the bioterrorism risk.

- Food Safety: We have a dynamic program that guarantees hygiene of the installations, and the health of the employees that are directly involved in the process. All of this is to guarantee a safe and harmless product for consumers.
